I reserve the right to first choice of all my litters for my breeding program.
All pups are sold with limited registration on a spay/neuter contract unless other arrangements are made. This means the pup will still have AKC registration,but will not be allowed to show or breed. When we receive proof that your puppy has been spayed or neutered, your AKC papers will be sent to you.
We do ship, the cost is 300-350.00. That includes air fare, health check and health certificate,travel crate. We also offer to meet part way for those with a long drive for the cost of gas and our time.
To hold a puppy for you, we require a 200-500.00 deposit, depending on the price of the pup.The balance is due two weeks before pick up or shipping.I do accept personal checks, money orders and paypal. If we have agreed that you can pay the balance the day you pick up your puppy, only cash will be accepted.
All my dogs are registered with AKC and most have champion lines. My puppies are hand delivered by me, they are loved and cuddled from day one,and socialized well with children and other dogs and cats.They are de-wormed at 2,4,6 and 8wks,and first vaccine is given between 7-8wks.Puppies go home with health record,pedigree,a bag of puppy food, and a toy with mom's scent.
Our Guarantee and Contract
We guarantee our puppies from life threatening hereditary disease for 1 year from the date of sale. Hereditary deseases do not include communicable diseases that could be prevented by vaccinations (parvo, distemper, etc...). You are responsible for having the puppy checked by your vet within 3 days of receiving the puppy. We must be notified immediately and have proof of disease in writing from a licensed vet in order for you to receive a replacement puppy of the same breed/sex/quality when it becomes available. We offer a replacement puppy only. No refunds will be given for any reason and we are not responsible for any vet bills that incur or for any shipping fees. Also, because no vaccine manufacturer can guarantee the efficiency of a vaccine before 16 weeks of age, due to the interference of maternal antibodies, we cannot guarantee that your puppy will not become ill or die of communicable diseases. A way to safeguard your puppy is to avoid public parks,pet stores,groomers or places that have a lot of dog traffic until your puppy reaches 16 weeks of age.
Buyer is purchasing this puppy on a spay/neuter agreement. The buyer is responsible for the spay or neuter of the puppy at his/her appropriate age. The seller will send AKC papers to the buyer when the buyer provides proof of spay/neuter.
*Hernias and pinched nostrils are very common among the Shih Tzu breed and are not a life threatening condition, therefore are not bound by our contract. Shih Tzu puppies commonly snore, snort, sniffle or bubble. These symptoms are of no cause for concern if the nasal discharge is clear and the pup is eating, playing and acting normal. When a puppy is teething these symptoms may increase. Tight nostrils normally correct themselves as the pup matures.
We do not guarantee puppies against hernias, pinched nostrils, retained testicles or hypoglycemia.
Please choose a vet who is experienced and knowledgeable with the Shih Tzu breed.
If for some reason you can no longer care for your puppy, please contact us first, we are always willing to take back the pup at any age or help you place him/her.
